Do we have instant access to an attorney?

Your first contact can be a phone call.  If an attorney is available, that person will speak with you then.  If you have to leave a message, or submit a request via email, an attorney will call you back within 24 hours.

My company is getting sued. Can I still sign up and use the services?

Hopefully you will have sought advice before a lawsuit develops, but if this situation arises, you will need to get local representation. 


I am a consultant. Can I sign up and use your service for my clients?

One of the major benefits of this program is that any discussion creates a client attorney privilege and is not discoverable. Therefore, each of your clients will need to subscribe to their own account to preserve that privilege.

Can I ask any question?

You may ask any question as long as it relates to Human Resources related issues.

About every year I have the same issue come up. I feel silly calling back in to ask the same thing. Can you help?
